Summary of Duties - 


I oversee all the day to day operations of the property. 

All aspects of leasing. Marketing, showing and renting of units. 

Verifying rental applications and credit checks & co-signer negotiations.

Record keeping. Processing rents and other legal paperwork.

Preparing leases, rental increases, serving notices and maintaining files.

Supervising maintenance projects and upgrades, maintaining curb appeal.

        Scheduling and execution of routine in-house and City Inspections. 

Coordinating vendors, 'turning' vacant apartments to a high rent-ready standard.  

Maintaining and improving overall conditions, resident relations and retention.
